Garlic Mushroom Pasta
Ingredients
Ingredients Required Pasta - 2 cups
Butter - 2 tablespoons
Salt- enough to taste
Olive oil- 1 tablespoon
Finely chopped garlic pieces – Teaspoon
Onion-1 (thinly sliced)
Mushrooms- 400 grams
Pepper- teaspoon
Maida- 2 tablespoons
Milk- 2 cups
Cheese Slice-2
Preparation Method
Heat six cups of water in a pan. Add enough salt to this and add the pasta, cover, and cook for 15 minutes. Drain the water and keep the boiled pasta in a bowl.
Put butter in another pan and add olive oil. Add chopped garlic and stir for a while and add chopped onion paste. After it starts bubbling, add finely chopped mushrooms, stir with a spatula, add salt and pepper, stir for a minute, cover the pan, and cook for five minutes.
After that, add the maida flour and stir it with a spatula without getting lumpy. When the oil evaporates, add the milk and cook well for four minutes. Add a slice of cheese and stir until it melts. If you add cooked pasta to the thick mushroom mixture and cook for two minutes, drain, and serve, the taste will be different!
White Sauce Chicken Pasta
Ingredients
Pasta- 2 cups,
Olive oil – 3 teaspoons,
Water- 6 cups,
Boneless chicken (curry cut pieces)- 150 grams,
Salt – to taste
Pepper - half a teaspoon,
Butter- 1 tbsp,
Finely chopped garlic - 1 tbsp,
Maida- 2 tbsp,
Milk- 2 cups,
Dried mint powder- half a teaspoon,
Dried basil powder- half teaspoon,
Cheese- half a cup
Preparation Method
Pour six cups of water into the pan, cover it, and boil it till it boils. As soon as it puffs, add the pasta, close the lid, and cook for eight minutes. It swells up well. After that, drain the water and keep the pasta in a bowl. Drizzle a teaspoon of olive oil over the pasta while still hot. In another pan, add a spoonful of olive oil and fry the chicken pieces for three minutes. After that, add a pinch of salt and pepper and fry it on medium flame until it sticks to pieces, take it in a bowl and keep it aside.
For the white sauce, in the same pan add a teaspoon of olive oil and add butter on medium flame. When the butter melts, add garlic and stir fry with a spatula. After that, add flour(maida) and pour milk while stirring with a spatula. While stirring the milk continuously with a ladle, add mint powder, basil leaf powder, and salt and keep stirring. This mixture will become thick. After that, add pepper and cheese and cook the pasta for two minutes with a ladle and mix well with the white sauce. After that, fry the cooked chicken and eat it in the same way. White sauce chicken pasta ready.
Egg pasta
Ingredients
Pasta- 2 cups
Oil- 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds – half teaspoon
Onion- 1 (thinly sliced)
Water- Sufficient
Salt- Adequate
Ginger-garlic paste- 1 tbsp
Tomato-2 (thinly aired)
Chilli powder- 3/4 teaspoon
Coriander powder- 3/4 tsp
Garam masala- half teaspoon
Chicken eggs - 3
Coriander – teaspoon
Tomato sauce- teaspoon
Pepper- quarter teaspoon
Preparation Method
First, boil the eggs and remove the shells. Cut the eggs thinly. After that, pour six cups of water into the pan and heat it. Add a tablespoon of oil and salt to it. Immediately add pasta, cover, and cook on a medium flame for ten minutes.
Drain the water and keep the pasta in a bowl. In another pan, add two tablespoons of oil and add cumin and onion pieces and fry with a spatula. Add the ginger-garlic paste to the onions and stir without any lumps. Add tomato slices and mix well into the mixture. Add chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt to taste and mix with a spatula. After that, add 3/4 cup of water and cook for two minutes.
Grate the chicken eggs in it and stir well with a spatula. Boil immediately and add the pasta kept aside. Add pepper, tomato sauce, and coriander on it and mix the mixture to form pasta. Served in a bowl and eaten hot egg pasta is good.
