If you have to cook prawns, it is usual to clean them thoroughly and add some spices to make curry. You can experiment with fried prawns recipe in various ways.
Prawns Tikka Masala
Ingredients
Prawns –10 (take large-sized prawns ),
Lemon juice – half a teaspoon,
Chili Powder – one tablespoon,
Salt – enough,
Ginger garlic paste – one tablespoon,
Yogurt – half a cup,
cream – quarter cup,
Onion – two,
Kashmiri chili powder – one tablespoon,
Salt – two to taste,
Tomato – one teaspoon,
Turmeric – sufficient
Cumin – one teaspoon,
Garam masala – one tablespoon,
Butter one – tablespoon,
Oil – sufficient,
Coriander leaves – a bunch.
Preparation Method
Take neatly clean washed prawns in a vessel. Add lemon juice, chili, ginger garlic paste, and enough salt to it, and keep it aside for an hour.
Take a thick pan on the stove, add butter, and heat it. Then add the prawns and fry for four to five minutes on a low flame, take it in another vessel and keep it aside.
Heat a little oil in the same pan, add cumin seeds and fry. Add chopped onions and fry for a while.
Apply ginger garlic paste. Add chili, turmeric, and little salt and mix.
Now add tomato fury and cook on low flame for another four minutes.
Then, while the mixture is thickening, add cream, curd, and garam masala and stir.
Finally, add the fried prawns. Add salt to taste.
Cook for a while and garnish with coriander and serve.
This prawn masala curry is delicious in chapati or rice.
Jinga Akbari Prawns fry
Ingredients
Prawns – one kg (medium size, drained),
Ginger paste – 1 tablespoon,
Green chilies – 15 (finely chopped),
Coriander leaves – one bunch,
Chili powder – 1 tablespoon,
Corn flour – 1 tablespoon,
Maida – 1 tbsp teaspoon,
Lemon juice – 2 tablespoons,
Oil – enough for frying,
Salt – sufficient
Preparation Method
Put the stones in a bowl. Add ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, corn flour, maida, coriander leaves, green chilies, lemon juice, and salt to it. Mix all the mixture to coat the prawns. Keep aside to marinate for an hour and a half. After that, pour oil into a pan and heat it. Deep fry the prawns. Fry the pakoras until golden brown. It tastes different when eaten with mint chutney and tomato sauce.
Malai Prawns Curry
Ingredients
Prawns – fifteen,
Turmeric – quarter spoon,
Oil – a quarter cup,
Garam masala – 1 spoon,
Onion – one,
Ginger paste – 1 spoon,
Chili Powder – 1 spoon,
Boiling water – three tablespoons,
Thick coconut milk – 3/4 cup,
Ghee – one and a half spoons,
Green chili – three,
Salt – enough,
Cinnamon – one piece,
Cloves – four,
Cardamoms – three,
Biryani leaves – two.
Preparation Method
Add turmeric and a little salt to the prawns and mix them. After ten minutes, these prawns have to fry in two spoons of oil. Now put the Kadai on the stove and pour the remaining oil and fry cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, and biryani leaves. Add onion pieces, grated green chili, and enough salt and fry well, then add ginger paste, chili powder, and hot water. After five minutes, add coconut milk, prawns, ghee, and garam masala and put the stove on low flame. after the prawns are cooked, then switch off the stove. Now malai prawn curry is ready. Prawns Manchuria
Ingredients
Cleaned Prawns – Forty,
Oil – enough for frying,
Grated garlic – two big spoons,
Grated ginger – two big spoons,
Green chili – five,
Onions – two,
Capsicum – two,
Maida – half a cup,
Corn flour – half a cup,
Baking powder – spoon,
Salt – enough,
Chili powder - two spoons.
For the sauces
Tomato sauce – half a cup,
Soy sauce – five spoons,
Vinegar – two spoons,
Chili sauce – two tablespoons.
Preparation Method
First, put the sauce and vinegar in a bowl and mix it. In another bowl, add flour, corn flour, baking powder, and a little salt, and add enough water to make a thin batter. Dip the prawns in this, add it to the hot oil, fry it till red and take it out. Now add two spoons of oil in the same pan and fry ginger, garlic paste, green chilies, onion slices, and grated capsicum. After five minutes, add the sauce, enough salt, and pepper, and mix well. Add the pre-fried prawns and mix them so that they get this masala. Remove it from the stove. Now the Manchuria prawn recipe is ready.
Prawns masala curry

Cumin – two spoons,
Roasted fenugreek – 1/2 tsp,
Coriander – two spoons,
Onion pieces – half a cup,
Garlic cloves – four,
Grated ginger – two spoons,
Tomatoes – six,
Oil – half a cup,
Mustard – tablespoon,
Curry leaves – four,
Chili powder – four spoons,
Turmeric – spoon,
Tamarind juice – quarter cup,
Black pepper – two,
Salt – enough,
Garam masala – spoon,
Grated coriander leaves – half a cup.
Preparation Method
First, add coriander, onion pieces, ginger, garlic, and dry red chili in a mix and sprinkle water, and make a soft paste. Add the tomato pieces to the mixer and make a smooth paste—similarly, make powder cumin seeds, coriander seeds, and fenugreek seeds. Now put a Kadai on the stove and add oil and fry the mustard seeds and then add the coriander leaves mixture. When it is thoroughly cooked add curry leaves, chili powder, enough salt, cumin powder, turmeric, and tomato paste, put the stove on medium, and let it simmer well. When the tomato pulp is cooked, add tamarind juice, prawns, and garam masala and cover it. When everything is cooked, the curry should be taken down.

Chili powder – ½ teaspoon,

Cornstarch – Tablespoon,
Rice flour – Tablespoon,

Oil – enough for frying.
Preparation Method
Put the cleaned prawns in a bowl. Add all the remaining ingredients except oil, then mix well and put it in the fridge for half an hour. After that, take them out and put two or three prawns in boiling oil and fry them red. Now the prawn recipe for crispy fry is ready.
