Indian Air Force has issued a notification for the recruitment of Agniveera air posts. Intermediate qualifications can apply for these. Women are also eligible. Appointments will be made based on aptitude, and physical and medical tests shown in the examination. Those selected can serve for four years. After that 25 percent of them continue in permanent employment. The rest will leave with financial incentives!
Agniveer Vayu has posts in the science and non-science departments. Applicants for posts in the science department can compete for non-science vacancies. For this, they have to write a special exam.
• Science: Pass with 50% marks in Maths, Physics, and English subjects in Inter. OR Three years diploma course in specified branches should be completed with 50% marks. OR Two years - Vocational course with Physics and Maths subjects should be passed with 50% marks. It is mandatory to secure 50% marks in English in any 10th/Inter/Diploma/Vocational subject regardless of qualification.
• Non-Science: Passes with 50 percent marks in any group inter can apply. OR Passed two years vocational course with 50% marks. 50% marks in 10th/Inter/Oksha Nal English is mandatory regardless of any qualification applied.
• Height: Male 152.5 cm for all categories. Women 15 cm. should be the Weight required for height. breathe 5 cm on inhalation and exhalation. The distinction is essential.
In three stages
Recruitment will be done through various tests conducted in three phases.
Phase-1
This exam will be conducted online. All the questions will come in objective type. The question paper will be in English and Hindi medium. The duration of the exam for science subjects is one hour. Questions will be asked in English, Maths, and Physics. The duration of the exam for Non-Science is 45 minutes. Questions on English, Reasoning, and General Awareness. For both science and non-science applicants, the test will last 85 minutes. Questions will come from English, Maths, Physics, Reasoning, and General Awareness. One mark for each question in all examinations. Also, a 1/4 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer. In all question papers English, Maths, and Physics questions will come from CBSE 10+2 Syllabus. Depending on the exam selected, English 20, Physics 25, Maths 25, Reasoning and General Awareness 30 questions will be asked.
Preparation: Well-read intermediate textbooks and practice as many sample questions as possible. Can easily face the exam. It is enough to prepare for questions in Maths and Physics sections at the set level. Focusing on the grammar topics in intermediate English textbooks can get a better score in that section as well. The reasoning section questions are not very deep. Practice sample questions and get better marks. For general awareness questions, priority should be given to key developments in the defense sector in recent times. Sports, Awards, Winners, Books, Writers, Appointments, Elections. If you focus on the latest developments, you can get more marks.
Phase-2
If you show talent in Phase-1, you will have a chance in Phase-2. The selected candidates should take the necessary certificates, copies, photographs, and materials along with the admit cards to the specified selection centers. 1.6 km as part of physical fitness tests. The distance should be covered in 7 minutes for men and 8 minutes for women. Also, men should complete 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups, and 20 squats within a minute. Women can do 10 sit-ups in 90 seconds, and 15 squats in a minute. Qualified in all these. Adaptability Test-1 will be conducted for freshers. A written test is objective to determine whether a candidate is suitable for an Air Force job. There will be an Adaptability Test 2 for those who qualify. At this stage, whether the candidate can adapt to the Air Force environment or not.
Phase – 3
Candidates who pass the adaptability test will be medically examined. Taken for training and four years of duty.
incentives
Candidates will be paid Rs.30,000 per month for the first year. The second year's salary will be Rs.33,000 per month. 36,500 will be received in the third year. Fourth year Rs. 40,000 is paid every month. Annual leave is 30. Sick leave is allotted depending on the health problem.
Risk and hardship, ration, dress, and travel allowances are provided during four years of service. A life insurance cover of Rs.48 lakh is applicable for four years. For four years of service, they will receive Agniveera Vayu Skill Certificate depending on the department they served. Pension, gratuity, dearness allowance, military service pay (MSP), and ex-servicemen status do not apply to them. There will be no Provident Fund (PF).
Sevanidhi
30 percent of the amount received every month is credited to the corpus fund. That means Rs.9000 will be deducted from the Rs.30,000 you get every month in the first year. Agniveer Vayu will receive Rs.21,000. 23,100 will be paid in the second year. Rs.9900 will be deposited in the fund. In the third year, Rs. 25,500 will be received. 10,950 will go to the fund. In the fourth year, Rs.28,000 will go to the hero and Rs.12,000 to the fund. For the entire period of four years, Rs.5.02 lakhs in Sevanidhi will be paid from Agniveer.
The government will add the same amount. Both together will be Rs.10.04 lakhs. Interest is added to this and given to Agnivira Vayu. Arrangements will be made for them to get loans from banks for self-employment/entrepreneurship. There are opportunities in corporate organizations as well. You can withdraw if you want in the middle of four years of service. In such a case, the amount collected from the salary will be given to Agniveera Vayu. Government financial support is not available.
At work
Agniveer Vayu, who has completed four years, will hire a maximum of 25 percent from each batch for permanent employment. For this, the talent shown during the four years and the requirements of the organization will be taken as standard. Candidates in Science Department will perform Group-X (Pitter) duties. They will get a basic salary of Rs.33,100 from the first month. Non-Science candidates will serve Group Y (Technician). They have Rs. 26,900 will be paid as a basic salary. DA, HRA, and other allowances for both of these trades. will be received. Those in ex-trades from the first month Rs. Above fifty thousand, those who join Y Trades can get a salary of around Rs.45,000.
Those who remain on duty may rise to the rank of Master Warrant Officer (MW) through future promotions. Also, there are opportunities for those who have qualified in some examinations while continuing in service to become commissioned officers. They are also allowed to pursue higher education for a fixed period while working. Can continue in employment till retirement age. Later they get a pension and other facilities.
